NLGI 2025 Leadership Summit

The NLGI board would like to recognize all committee members at an upcoming Leadership Summit, March 4-5, 2025 at the Westin O’Hare Chicago. As the future movers and shakers of our industry, we want to bring you altogether for a fun and rewarding, two-day, deep-dive summit. Even if you’ve attended leadership training before, you won’t want to miss this one! This training will be tailored specifically for NLGI volunteers, incorporating new and fresh training elements you’ve never seen before. The two-day summit includes the following: Individual DiSC profile analysis  Leadership training, suitable for chairs/co-chairs and all committee volunteers Defining committee initiatives aligning with NLGI’s strategic priorities Outlining next steps for committee structure Time dedicated for in-person committee meetings Various networking elements
